I would not have taken objection to this scene as much, if Katy warned Maya about this when Maya tries to impersonate Riley. The show wants to put Shawn and Katy together, and tried to prove it by Katy not being able to impersonate Shawn because she cares about him. It appeared the writers were using the girls to push an agenda, and they self-contradicted themselves. The part of the show I didn’t enjoy as much was the girls. It makes me wonder if one of the reasons why Lucas wants his friends to go back to normal is because he wishes to still be grounded by them. The closest slip up he had was when he went with Maya’s team during detention. He maintained his cool when the bully was picking on his best friend, Zay. He’s changed, and this group of friends has helped make maintain who is now. The show has given hints Lucas wasn’t always the outstanding guy he is now. Farkle has observed and made note of the references about the Lucas pre-NYC. The one who is alright with everything, but this season has shown Lucas wasn’t always like this. He doesn’t get that Farkle is referring to himself having already changed. Earlier, Farkle hints at Lucas should know about people changing, but Lucas doesn’t get it. Lucas wants the Farkle he knows back, but Farkle acknowledges while he still wants to take over the world he is changing.
One of the best scenes was between Lucas and Farkle at the table talking to each other. He is the one who wins the MVP for this episode. One reason being because he has a crush on Maya, but the main reason is he is not comfortable with being in a Farkle labeled box.
Then this year he chooses Team Maya when the class gets detention. First with someone making fun of his turtle necks. He has had more than one identity crisis. Over the series, Farkle is one who has questioned who he is the most. He doesn’t want to be known as just Farkle. This led them to change personalities during the episode minus Lucas who was trying to get his friends to revert back to their former selves.įarkle is the first to change. Each of the younger characters were typecast in a role in their yearbooks. Last week’s episode of Girl Meets World dealt with identity. I think that is all I wanted to say about Farkleeee.***WARNING: This post contains spoilers for Girl Meets World episode, 2.12 “Girl Meets Yearbook.”*** The only ep that I couldn't agree with him was gm Belief cause he is a scientist and probs an ateist which I mean he has every right to be but as a christian we just couldn't be on the same team with that but ye in the end I did agree with his statement (the last clasroom scene) Also I rlly liked that they covered this topic on a disney show! Goood job on that one writers:) There is the gm money episode which shows that he is really fond of Maya though but still there is more Riarkle proof. I mean Smarkle is an ok ship but since Rilaya couldn't happen on disney I would like at least that to happen but oh well hah Tbh I never felt like he liked Isadora the way that he liked Riley but well Smarkle is canon and Riarkle is not :(( Just for the record he did comfort Maya in gm texas part 2 when she was confused about her feelings :) It was cute when he said that Riley's giggle is his fav sound in the world and that there wouldn't be a case when he wouldn't like Riley to get bettter at science and when he said that for him Pluto is a planet
I mean I can see why ppl ship Larkle but I just cannot picture Lucas with a guy for some reason also I am more into GxG ships so maybe that is why. His relationship with Lucas is kinda interesting since they are so different and Farkle once said that he considers Lucas a bit of a threat hah I liked how he was always there to support his friends. As I said in the second season it became evident that he liked Riley more and also I cannot see Markle happening like ever so ye hahĪlso I think it was funny how he told Maya that her and Riley can't be apart because it shakes the foundation of the whole world 💞 Riiilayaa Even tho he has made some questionable decisions like in girl meets new year he said thay Riley still liked Lucas in front of everyone and probs ruined the new year for them I think he thought he was doing it for Riley's good. I like that even tho he is father is rich he is not stuck up. I liked how in the second season they hinted that he might have autism cause you don't see disney covering topics like that too often. I love his catchprases like : Farkle time, Farkle nation and ladies hah His entire obsession with Riley and Maya was funny but he started leaning more towards Riley in season 2 which can be seen in episodes like: girl meets STEM, gm New Year or gm Texas part 2. Now why do I like him well mostly because back in the first season he was like more like a comic relief than anything else. So Farkle is the first male on this list wohoo let's go haha
